1. Business Hours

Operating Hours: Monday - Saturday, 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Closed: Sundays

Orders placed outside business hours will not be accepted. The system automatically blocks Sunday orders to ensure compliance with our business schedule.

2. Orders & Delivery

  • All orders are subject to product availability
  • Standard delivery time: 30-60 minutes within UCC Campus
  • Minimum order amount: GHS 20.00
  • Delivery fee: GHS 10.00 (Free for orders above GHS 100.00)
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of unforeseen circumstances

3. Payment

Accepted payment methods:

  • MTN Mobile Money
  • Vodafone Cash
  • AirtelTigo Money
  • Cash on Delivery

Payment must be completed before or upon delivery. Failed payments may result in order cancellation.

4. Product Quality

All products are prepared fresh daily using premium quality fruits. We guarantee freshness and hygiene in all our preparations. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Products cannot be returned once delivered due to food safety regulations
  • In case of quality issues, contact us within 24 hours for resolution
